최근 유튜브에서 '미라클 모닝'이라는 개념을 우연히 발견했습니다.
I recently stumbled upon the concept of the ‘Miracle Morning’ on YouTube.
“stumble upon” : 우연히 발견하다.

미라클 모닝은 새벽에 일어나 하루를 시작하는 것을 말합니다.
The Miracle Morning refers to waking up at the crack of dawn to start your day.

저도 몇 달 전부터 미라클 모닝을 시도하기 시작했습니다.
I myself started attempting Miracle Mornings a few months ago.

아침 일찍 일어나 하루 계획을 세우고 EBS 라디오로 영어 공부를 하죠.
I get up early, plan out my day, and study English with EBS Radio.

지금까지는 꽤 잘 해왔지만 가끔 체력적으로 힘들 때도 있습니다.
I have kept at it pretty well until now, but it goes without saying that it’s physically demanding sometimes.

그래도 제가 좋아하는 일로 하루를 시작하고 성취감을 느끼니 하루하루가 기쁨으로 가득합니다.
