That was the lesson of the parable right there so Jesus is saying even if he doesn't initially get up for his firend even though he's not a good because of the persistent and impudent prayer and request he will eventually get up and give the man what he needs.
He realized to his annoyance that it will be much just easier to just give the man what he needed, so with a very big sigh of annoyance like he rolls out of bed, he gives his neighbor what he needs

난처한 상황에 처했다면 누가 도와주지 않을까요?
now imagine if your house all of a sudden got completely flooded one night and I don't know maybe because of a broken pipe and your whole family you and your family had to evacuate out of your house and now you go you have a friend that lives right in your neighborhood down the street and you knock on his door and you ask him so he's not even a stranger he's your friend and you ask him hey I'm so sorry in this in this and this happened can you give us some towels and blankets so that we are not too cold outside in this weather
if you are the neighbor and if you receive such a friend Who in the world would get angry and refuse to give any assistance just because he woke you up in the middle of the night knwoing what kind of circumstances that he is in , it is indeed such absurdity and such things would rarely never ever happen
당신이 이웃이고 그런 친구를받는다면 세상에서 누가 화를 내고 그가 한밤중에 당신을 깨웠다고해서 어떤 도움도 주지 않겠습니까 그가 어떤 상황에 처해 있는지 알기 때문에 , 그것은 참으로 어리석은 일이며 그런 일은 거의 일어나지 않을 것입니다.
